Unlike liquid magnesium sprays, this rich balm glides effortlessly onto the skin without the stinging, itching or uncomfortable sensation that can sometimes occur with magnesium applied directly to the skin. The nourishing balm base leaves skin soft and conditioned while allowing you to massage into areas of soreness and tension.

Relief Balm is also beautiful as part of an evening wind-down. Massaged into the feet, legs, shoulders or areas of muscular tension, the combination of magnesium and calming chamomile and lavender essential oils can help relax the body, settle physical tension and prepare the body for nighttime rest and restoration.

For children, a small amount can be gently massaged into the feet or legs before bed to create a soothing, calming bedtime experience and support the regulation of their nervous system.
