Brewing:
Add 2-3 teaspoons to a teapot. Add freshly boiled filtered water, let steep for 5-10 minutes depending on desired flavour and strength.
Cold brew - as above, let cool in fridge then add to a jug of cold water, add ice and fresh slices of orange and mint.
